Quality Control

Assurance regarding quality, dimensions and reliability

Quality does not just begin when a product is finalized. At Matecs, we inspect materials, components, and products throughout the entire technical process. This ensures that every step meets the specified requirements and prevents issues during production, overhaul, or operation.

Whether dealing with incoming materials, components for overhaul, or a finished product from our workshop, our specialists provide insight, assurance, and reliable results.

Kwaliteitscontrole - Matecs

Quality control as an integral part of every process

At Matecs, quality control is an established part of our workflow. Everything leaving our facility undergoes inspection prior to delivery. We also conduct checks at the start of and during the process—such as inspecting incoming materials or assessing the technical condition of components submitted for repair or overhaul. By monitoring quality at an early stage, we can identify deviations before they lead to issues. This ensures verifiable certainty regarding the quality and technical condition of parts and products.

Examples of our technical reports

When are quality checks performed?

Matecs provides support with quality checks during various stages of a technical project.

Incoming materials

Materials are checked for technical properties, quality, and suitability to ensure they can be used reliably.

Parts for repair or overhaul

Through inspection and measurement, we assess the condition of parts (identifying wear, deviations, and damage) and determine the appropriate repair work.

Final inspection after production

Manufactured parts and structures are checked for dimensions, tolerances, and technical specifications in accordance with the drawings.

Quality assurance rooted in technical expertise

At Matecs, quality control is directly linked to engineering, production, and overhaul. This ensures we understand not only what needs to be inspected but also the implications of any deviations for the component’s ultimate application. Because inspection, assessment, and any necessary adjustments all take place within the same organization, we can respond quickly and provide practical solutions.

Evaluating and advising

The results are analyzed and, where necessary, translated into advice or a next step.

Documenting results

The advice, inspections, and measurements are recorded in a measurement report or technical report.
