Matecs can weld according to the following ISO 4063 standard procedures:

Welding Process 135: MAG welding (MAG = Metal Active Gas) with solid electrode. During this process, an active gas is used for gas protection, and a solid (non-filled) welding wire is used as filler material. This allows for high welding speeds and good penetration into the material.

Welding Process 138: MAG welding with a metal-filled wire. In this process, an active gas is also used for gas protection. The filler material consists of metal powder in a tubular wire. Like process 135, welding can be done quickly, and it is suitable for mechanized welding. Welding process 138 is better suited for thicker materials, and the welds appear neat.

Welding Process 141: TIG welding (TIG = Tungsten Inert Gas) with inert (hardly or non-reacting) gas and a non-melting electrode. In this process, inert gas is used, and the filler material is manually or wire-fed. Welding according to this process is slower, but it is suitable for many types of materials, even if they are thin. It is precision welding.

Certified professionals for welding and assembly in the industrial and construction sector.

We handle the design, production/assembly of heavy welded constructions for both the industrial and construction sectors. This includes steel frames, load-bearing structures, machine parts, or other complex constructions. The experienced professionals in our welding department have the expertise, space, and equipment to realize the most challenging projects. Additionally, we are ISO 3834-2 certified to perform welding work under the supervision of a welding coordinator in accordance with the normative requirements.
