These forged products are perfected with great precision in Matecs’ workshop using a range of metal working techniques perfected to great precision and are usually ready for immediate use. Matecs produces machine shafts for a very varied range of applications, for example.
Depending on the customer’s specific wishes and the final load of the material in its application, Matecs can manufacture products of both high and low alloys of forged steel.
Matecs produces and supplies whole products, but can also carry out various kinds of machining on material or products supplied by the customer. As an extra service, we can carry out any chemical and mechanical tests required. We can also have products tested and certified by an independent certification agency.
